ENH: Added support for multiple dependent variables in function getSingleIterReportItemizeTexCode() and fixed the situation, when nested region is not called in all iterations for some specific settings and those settings are considered default (i.e. they're optimal for the main region). Now global default settings (from config.py) are used in that case.
