Removes the "raw" data structures for camera calibration, not needed. The only thing they contained beyond the revised regular structures was derived data that the consumer might parameterize differently. Renames t_settings_stereo to t_stereo_camera_calibration. The calibration info is data (that could be stored on the device, etc), not settings.
