scalasca variable setting

In both Scalasca recipes:

  • Scalasca-2.6.1-NVHPC-23.4-CUDA-12.3.0.eb
  • Scalasca-2.6.1-gompi-2023b.eb

The setting for SCAN_TRACE_FILESYS in modextravars should be set to the local filesystems: SCAN_TRACE_FILESYS=/scratch:/mnt The ones currently in there won't work.

Since it is just a variable to be passed to the module file this might be fixed without reinstallation for someone with write access to the module files or it might be easier to just reinstall the packages after fixing the modules.
