finished prefetching strategy:
* clean up Prefetcher (previously PlayWithGeometry) * wait/notify instead of letting Fetcher threads sleep * remove debug prints * clean up IoTimeBudget * keep references to entries accessed in current frame such that they cannot be cleared from the cache prematurely.
