SVG importer:

- Fixed rotation matrix
- Fixed unneeded deformation caused by interior transformation for
  used objects (different tags should be handled differently),
  also, SYMBOL tag could have viewBox
- Implemented parsing of colors in rgb(r,g,b) notation
