changed skelegon up-vector to bone roll conversion, should better match now
switch to Object mode before adding meshes/armatures, prevents new bones from being added into the currently edited armature

- removing objects is simplified.
- render object enabled on de-generate.
- removed warning, re-render wont crash now.

- forgot to remove debug print

- added SplatCurve

- fixed the previously mentioned bug
- somehow setting the Curve.offset screwed things up
- simply removed it, wasn't used anyway
- updated api revision number

Missed these changes in last patch commit, had to manually merge due to changes in Extensions SVN 1010-1012.

- minor cleanup
- there seems to be a bug with the scale factor, maybe due to all the recent api changes? The output is different than a few weeks ago, although still functional.
- has to be investigated.
