this commit also makes a minor change with path joinin in preset_utils.py

* add tests for nodes.
* update poll() usage to be according changes in blender

- cleanup: removed unnecessary options lists

* Now it should _finally_ work as intended.

also move bl_addon_info to the top for faster parsing.

After discussion with Campbell I've made povray an addon as a package (will remove from bf-blender).
Please roport any glitch or mistake I might have done while porting.

Got the wrong presets path on some windows installations, should work now. (also thanks to jesterKing and testscreenings)

adding a warning in the measure panel script, it is really bugged
jesterKing and others report laggines and UI stuck
tested and confirming

- was catching the user script path instead of the install script one

- as a result much more readable now

* Also added display of dx,dy,dz lines
* Changed the "dist" colors to something not already used by x/y/z axes.
