Caching of 'delete strokes' was incorrect, making it impossible to
change parameters after conversion of strokes.

Internal faces are now correctly deleted and smooth shading is applied.

removing bridge & loft functions from the menu. both these features caused blender to crash instantly.
sorry it has bad #comment out everywhere but prevents bad crash. temporary fix to save users
bridge/loft functions may be removed at a later date or reworked for bmesh
