-cleanup and generalizations

rewritten a little bit as to allow it to function correctly.
hided the curvature mode for f curves:
behaves a little weird on f curves. looks like bug somewhere.
have to investigate.

Also, since there is no tool panel in the graph editor, the options have to be accessed from the 3dView

- added tracker_url to most of the current scripts in release,

- apparently missing tracker pages for 2 scripts:
		- io_anim_camera.py
		- io_mesh_stl.py
- wiki links:
	- added link to space_view3d_materials_utils.py
	- conformed link in import_scene_unreal_psk.py
