remove tornado check

Jan Vicherek requested to merge vic0092-remove-tornado-check into master

tornado package was posted as CVE issue so pycheck refused to succeed. Since it appears we are not affected by this tornado vulnerability, and no resolution of the CVE has been reached, to avoid pycheck fail we remove tornado check.

update: better solution was found, this merge request is being cancelled.
