correct exporing of loose edges, obj spec defines faces as needing at least 3 verts (even though 2 vertex faces are in fact quite common). now export these as lines.

Addons: Material Utils - Revised code, added descriptions, fixed error if material slot is empty, made Material Replace operator a popup and added feature to update selection based on affected objects. As the dropdown of prop_search may reach over the borders of the popup, 2.66.6 is required, as the entire popup was closing before this version (now the click is only handled by the dropdown list, see bug #35154).

Added ExportSkinWeights to the condition for using an unrolled mesh enumerator. For some very strange reason, it appears that DirectX will only transform a skinned vertex correctly for the first face that uses it. All others will appear at the origin. This can be worked around by using an unrolled mesh enumerator (in other words duplicating each vertex per face that uses it). DirectX bug?

In 'Merge Nodes' when first selected node is linked to anything - last added merging node will be linked to the same sockets. This gives possibility to kind of 'insert' merges into existing noodle.
