- every script is now (2,5,3)
- added warning field in bl_addon_info so every dev knows about this: when "warning" field is not empty, a warning icon appears and text alerts 
users about a buggy script (this is used during development, released scripts should must have this empty of course)
- formatted scripts info like this
  - GPL
  - docstring
  - bl_addon_info
  - imports
  so that the actual script starts after the bl_addon_info dict
- removed old 2.4x cruft like __url__, __bpydoc__, __author__ etc, not needed anymore (when the case integrated info with bl_addon_info and in 
case of one email meta just put it in the GPL)

- next commits I plan to do contrib scripts and conform io scripts naming

- removed view alignment in the object creation
- added view alignment through align_matrix in the invoke

- if the 'VIEW' alignment preference is set and the object properties are changed
the object is rotated always to the view alignment of the view when the operator was called.
--> doesn't snap to new view rotation when orbiting around object and changing properties.

* createFaces can now "Flip" faces and create fan/star like faces.

* Updated store_recall_properties, apply_object_align and create_mesh_object.
* Changed how recall data is stored.

* Fixed an error Campbell overlooked (appending tuples to an array, not single values) Thanks for the report wild_doogy.
* Made the script PEP8 compatible again.

- use operator reports for errors too
- avoid type checks by converting to a float, errors converting to a float are reported too.

add pontiac's clever fix for long wiki links to all scripts
links should be pep8 compliant now.

* Use hidden "edit" property for "recall" operator.
* Bugfix: "Z Function" was mixing up div_x and div_y
