Dual Channel for Channel does not contain the beads needs to be:
'"[(DO NOT register this channel)],beads"'

Was not reading out the correct matrix for multichannel transformation.
Now takes the matrix and performs the proper transformation on the dataset.

Tested and works

Maybe needs to activate the cluster toggel and save each
tif and xml as individual file. Then merge the xml.
But this is unclear if this works.
