seriously, please test things after "cleanup" commits.

remove 'original_script_add_mesh_bolt.py', scripts for reference can be linked to by their svn revision rather than including.

replace MATHUTILS with mathutils.

- remove path searching code for images, if image paths are incorrect users should deal with this.

Update obj importer and xcf importer to use new post-texface api.

fix for io_import_images_as_planes add-on not working after texface patch (reported by Nathan Letwory over IRC)
