Remove module add_utils.py which fully duplicates functions
from trunk's object_utils.py module and switch all dependent
addons to use module from trunk.

- dont import *
- dont use builtin names for vars
- strip trailing white space

Added contributors and credit to Mackraken's "Tools for Curves" addon. Also tagged as pep8-80 compliant.

Added selection_utils module. It contains a modal operator which allows the order in which objects were selected to be stored for use in other operators. The list of object names is stored in selection_utils.selected

- remove check if sensor width exists for chan files
- tag nuke chan files to be pep8

removing ui_utils module, wasn't used anywhere and only wrapped button functions giving minimal benefits.

- remove/comment unused variables
- remove unused imports
- fixed some bugs using incorrect variables

removing this module, it wasnt used anywhere and bpy_extras.view3d_utils has view functions like region3d_get_2d_coordinates

replace intersection paint with simplified angle comparison.

remove tricky and not especially good method of finding the point on the path to use to calculate the handles, using the 1/3 and 2/3 works better.

extensions_framework: add ability to set UILayout alert state based on a logical test of PropertyGroup members

extensions_framework: add support for property enable state control in declarative_property_group analagous to how visibility works. Also removed some old commented debugging code.
